When I am cutting the angle for the style for the custom cabinets I take about a quarter inch off each style. Now the reason I am cutting into the styles is because this is only one quarter of a circle which is 90 degrees. I am going to have eight cuts because I have five styles. One slices on the inside of the outer styles and two cuts on the three in the middle of the cabinets. So you have to divide 8/90 which comes out to 11.25 or 11 ¼ for measuring our custom cabinets purpose. We leave the outside of our outer styles strait because we want them to be square when they take off to the rest of the custom cabinets. So now for the cuts on the style we are going to cut 11 ¼ angles on each style that needs an angle which is eight on a table saw. The styles are made out of 2”4s. Now I am going to set my table saw for 11 ¼ and cut each piece. Next I take each style back over to my template or outline. Then I space them back out on my template. Then my next step is to cut the pattern that is in between each style that joins them up. But when I cut it it from my angle I have to press up against the style because I already cut the curves into each board so if I cut it sitting flat on its bottom it would have 11 ¼ space before the pattern would actually be cut. This help identify how the layout of the whole project will be done. It will definitely complement the rest of the custom cabinets without any difficulties.
