Now that my cabinet maker has placed the boards in place on the custom cabinets he is going to want to take the following precaution while taking the necessary steps. He’s going to take his mallet and line up the top edge of the custom cabinets. Through the side of the cabinet I’m going to shoot some grade A staples to hold the pieces together until I go back through with a drill and drill the hole in my custom cabinets. After the cabinet maker drills the hole he’s go back through and screw in the screws to give it that secure seal because remember these custom cabinets have to hold sometimes heavy dishes for a long time so it’s crucial that the cabinet maker take the proper precautionary measures. I am going to before the screws take the staple gun all the way down the side of the kitchen cabinets and very carefully line up my points of insert through-out the custom cabinets. To go one step further my cabinet maker will take a balance level and hold it in line with the other staples to get an idea of how close he was with the staples to getting them lined up with the rest of the custom cabinets correctly. Finally the cabinet maker starts to make their finishing touches on the custom cabinets before sanding it down and painting it to match the rest of the boxes and top rails of the new beautiful dream cabinets you desire.
