With my mortises and my grooves all cut out and ready for the custom cabinets Next I have to make my doors. I will do this very similar to the past steps as far as safety and technique goes. So when I have the wood doors cut out for the custom cabinets now it’s time to start forming the Tennant’s of the doors. To accomplish such task I’ve got the table set up with my saw blade at the right height the fence set at the right depth. I’ve got a miter gauge to help me push through the blade which is the same a push stick earlier described in a previous article. What I do is I take the rails of the doors over and set it down the push it over for my finish with the custom cabinets parts. You not only have to do that with the first side but you have to flip them over and do it on the bottom side to make both sides look good inside and out of the custom cabinets. So after you do that with the first piece go ahead and do that with the rest of the sections. With all of the shoulder cuts melded both ends of my rails it’s now time to run the pieces vertically through the saw to move the rest of the material completing the Tennant of the custom cabinets. To complete the rest of the custom cabinets I am going to just use the table saw to do my cuts.
